Politika privatnosti (HR)
Ova Politika privatnosti objašnjava kako DoMart Solutions (“mi”, “naš” ili “nas”) postupa s podacima pri korištenju Microsoft Word dodatka “Pravni alati” (“Dodatak”).
1. PODACI IZ WORD DOKUMENTA
Dodatak, ovisno o alatu koji korisnik pokrene, može pristupiti označenom tekstu ili tekstu otvorenog Word dokumenta radi:
– pretvaranja novčanih iznosa u riječi;
– umetanja datuma;
– pronalaženja datuma i novčanih iznosa;
– pronalaženja i lokalne provjere kontrolnih znamenki OIB-a i hrvatskog IBAN-a.
Obrada sadržaja dokumenta odvija se lokalno u okruženju Dodatka. Sadržaj dokumenta ne šaljemo na poslužitelje DoMart Solutions, ne pohranjujemo ga i ne koristimo za analitiku, profiliranje ili oglašavanje. Trenutačna verzija Dodatka ne povezuje se sa Sudskim registrom niti s drugim registrom radi provjere osoba, društava ili vlasnika računa.
Ako korisnik odabere mogućnost kopiranja iznosa u riječi, odabrani rezultat zapisuje se u međuspremnik uređaja na izričit zahtjev korisnika.
2. LICENCA I PODACI O KORIŠTENJU
Radi provedbe besplatnog mjesečnog ograničenja i provjere licence Dodatak pohranjuje:
– licencni ključ;
– broj korištenja zaštićenih funkcija u tekućem mjesecu;
– oznaku kalendarskog mjeseca na koji se broj korištenja odnosi.
Ti se podaci pohranjuju u Microsoft Office roaming postavkama, kada su dostupne, ili u lokalnoj pohrani preglednika kao zamjenskom rješenju. Office roaming postavke Microsoft može sinkronizirati između korisnikovih Office okruženja u skladu s Microsoftovim pravilima privatnosti. DoMart Solutions nema neposredan pristup tim postavkama. Provjera valjanosti licencnog ključa i brojanje korištenja obavljaju se lokalno u Dodatku.
3. MREŽNE VEZE I VANJSKE USLUGE
Dodatak i njegove statičke datoteke učitavaju se s domene domart-solutions.hr. Pri isporuci tih datoteka web-poslužitelj ili pružatelj hostinga može automatski obraditi tehničke podatke kao što su IP adresa, vrijeme zahtjeva, tražena datoteka, vrsta preglednika ili uređaja i sigurnosni zapis. Ti se podaci koriste za isporuku, sigurnost i tehničko održavanje usluge, a ne za analizu sadržaja Word dokumenta ili oglašavanje.
Microsoftovu biblioteku Office.js Dodatak učitava s Microsoftove domene appsforoffice.microsoft.com. Microsoft Word i Microsoft 365 mogu obrađivati tehničke podatke u skladu s Microsoftovim pravilima i postavkama korisnikova Microsoft računa. Primatelji tehničkih podataka mogu biti Microsoft i pružatelj hostinga u opsegu potrebnom za pružanje njihovih usluga.
Dodatak ne koristi vlastitu analitiku, kolačiće za oglašavanje niti alate za praćenje korisnika. Klik na vanjsku poveznicu za aktivaciju otvara web-stranicu izvan Dodatka.
4. KONTAKT, LICENCIRANJE I PLAĆANJE
Licenciranje se trenutačno dogovara izravnim kontaktom. Ako nam se obratite e-poštom, obrađujemo podatke koje dobrovoljno navedete radi odgovora, podrške, ugovaranja i isporuke licence.
Plaćanje se ne izvršava unutar Dodatka. Banka ili drugi pružatelj plaćanja obrađuje podatke o transakciji prema svojim pravilima. DoMart Solutions može čuvati nužne poslovne i računovodstvene podatke u rokovima propisanim primjenjivim pravom.
5. ČUVANJE I SIGURNOST
Podaci spremljeni u Office roaming postavkama ili lokalnoj pohrani ostaju ondje dok ih ne ukloni korisnik, Office, preglednik ili nova verzija Dodatka. Podatke zaprimljene radi podrške, licenciranja i naplate čuvamo samo koliko je potrebno za navedene svrhe i ispunjenje zakonskih obveza.
Primjenjujemo razumne tehničke i organizacijske mjere zaštite, ali nijedan sustav pohrane ili prijenosa nije potpuno siguran.
6. PRAVA KORISNIKA
Ovisno o primjenjivom pravu, možete zatražiti pristup, ispravak, brisanje ili ograničenje obrade svojih osobnih podataka te uložiti prigovor ili pritužbu nadležnom tijelu za zaštitu podataka. Za ostvarivanje prava obratite nam se na info@domart-solutions.hr.
7. IZMJENE POLITIKE
Ovu Politiku možemo povremeno ažurirati radi promjena Dodatka, načina obrade ili pravnih obveza. Datum posljednjeg ažuriranja naveden je na početku dokumenta.

Privacy policy (ENG)
This Privacy Policy explains how DoMart Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the “Pravni alati” Microsoft Word add-in (the “Add-in”).
1. WORD DOCUMENT DATA
Depending on the tool initiated by the user, the Add-in may access selected text or the text of the open Word document to:
– convert monetary amounts into words;
– insert dates;
– find dates and monetary amounts;
– find and locally validate the check digits of Croatian OIB identifiers and Croatian IBANs.
Document content is processed locally within the Add-in environment. We do not send document content to DoMart Solutions servers, store it, or use it for analytics, profiling, or advertising. The current version does not connect to the Croatian Court Register or another registry to verify individuals, companies, or account holders.
If the user chooses the copy option, the selected number-to-words result is written to the device clipboard at the user’s explicit request.
2. LICENSING AND USAGE DATA
To enforce the monthly free-use allowance and validate a license, the Add-in stores:
– the license key;
– the number of protected-feature uses during the current month;
– the calendar month to which the usage count relates.
This information is stored in Microsoft Office roaming settings where available, or in browser local storage as a fallback. Microsoft may synchronize Office roaming settings between the user’s Office environments in accordance with Microsoft’s privacy terms. DoMart Solutions does not have direct access to those settings. License validation and usage counting are performed locally in the Add-in.
3. NETWORK CONNECTIONS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Add-in and its static files are loaded from domart-solutions.hr. When these files are delivered, the web server or hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as the IP address, request time, requested file, browser or device type, and security logs. This information is used for delivery, security, and technical maintenance, not to analyze Word document content or for advertising.
The Microsoft Office.js library is loaded from Microsoft’s appsforoffice.microsoft.com domain. Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365 may process technical information according to Microsoft’s terms and the settings of the user’s Microsoft account. Recipients of limited technical data may include Microsoft and the hosting provider to the extent required to provide their services.
The Add-in does not use first-party analytics, advertising cookies, or user-tracking tools. Selecting an external activation link opens a website outside the Add-in.
4. CONTACT, LICENSING, AND PAYMENTS
Licensing is currently arranged through direct contact. If you contact us by email, we process the information you voluntarily provide to respond, provide support, arrange the contract, and deliver the license.
Payment is not performed inside the Add-in. A bank or other payment provider processes transaction information under its own terms. DoMart Solutions may retain necessary business and accounting records for the periods required by applicable law.
5. RETENTION AND SECURITY
Information saved in Office roaming settings or local storage remains there until removed by the user, Office, the browser, or a later version of the Add-in. Information received for support, licensing, and payment purposes is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.
6. USER RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or submit a complaint to the competent data-protection authority. Contact info@domart-solutions.hr to exercise these rights.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Add-in, our processing, or legal obligations. The latest update date appears at the beginning of this document.
