Ova Politika privatnosti obja\u0161njava kako DoMart Solutions (“mi”, “na\u0161” ili “nas”) postupa s podacima pri kori\u0161tenju Microsoft Word dodatka “Pravni alati” (“Dodatak”).<\/p>

1. PODACI IZ WORD DOKUMENTA<\/p>

Dodatak, ovisno o alatu koji korisnik pokrene, mo\u017ee pristupiti ozna\u010denom tekstu ili tekstu otvorenog Word dokumenta radi:<\/p>

– pretvaranja nov\u010danih iznosa u rije\u010di;
– umetanja datuma;
– pronala\u017eenja datuma i nov\u010danih iznosa;
– pronala\u017eenja i lokalne provjere kontrolnih znamenki OIB-a i hrvatskog IBAN-a.<\/p>

Obrada sadr\u017eaja dokumenta odvija se lokalno u okru\u017eenju Dodatka. Sadr\u017eaj dokumenta ne \u0161aljemo na poslu\u017eitelje DoMart Solutions, ne pohranjujemo ga i ne koristimo za analitiku, profiliranje ili ogla\u0161avanje. Trenuta\u010dna verzija Dodatka ne povezuje se sa Sudskim registrom niti s drugim registrom radi provjere osoba, dru\u0161tava ili vlasnika ra\u010duna.<\/p>

Ako korisnik odabere mogu\u0107nost kopiranja iznosa u rije\u010di, odabrani rezultat zapisuje se u me\u0111uspremnik ure\u0111aja na izri\u010dit zahtjev korisnika.<\/p>

2. LICENCA I PODACI O KORI\u0160TENJU<\/p>

Radi provedbe besplatnog mjese\u010dnog ograni\u010denja i provjere licence Dodatak pohranjuje:<\/p>

– licencni klju\u010d;
– broj kori\u0161tenja za\u0161ti\u0107enih funkcija u teku\u0107em mjesecu;
– oznaku kalendarskog mjeseca na koji se broj kori\u0161tenja odnosi.<\/p>

Ti se podaci pohranjuju u Microsoft Office roaming postavkama, kada su dostupne, ili u lokalnoj pohrani preglednika kao zamjenskom rje\u0161enju. Office roaming postavke Microsoft mo\u017ee sinkronizirati izme\u0111u korisnikovih Office okru\u017eenja u skladu s Microsoftovim pravilima privatnosti. DoMart Solutions nema neposredan pristup tim postavkama. Provjera valjanosti licencnog klju\u010da i brojanje kori\u0161tenja obavljaju se lokalno u Dodatku.<\/p>

3. MRE\u017dNE VEZE I VANJSKE USLUGE<\/p>

Dodatak i njegove stati\u010dke datoteke u\u010ditavaju se s domene domart-solutions.hr. Pri isporuci tih datoteka web-poslu\u017eitelj ili pru\u017eatelj hostinga mo\u017ee automatski obraditi tehni\u010dke podatke kao \u0161to su IP adresa, vrijeme zahtjeva, tra\u017eena datoteka, vrsta preglednika ili ure\u0111aja i sigurnosni zapis. Ti se podaci koriste za isporuku, sigurnost i tehni\u010dko odr\u017eavanje usluge, a ne za analizu sadr\u017eaja Word dokumenta ili ogla\u0161avanje.<\/p>

Microsoftovu biblioteku Office.js Dodatak u\u010ditava s Microsoftove domene appsforoffice.microsoft.com. Microsoft Word i Microsoft 365 mogu obra\u0111ivati tehni\u010dke podatke u skladu s Microsoftovim pravilima i postavkama korisnikova Microsoft ra\u010duna. Primatelji tehni\u010dkih podataka mogu biti Microsoft i pru\u017eatelj hostinga u opsegu potrebnom za pru\u017eanje njihovih usluga.<\/p>

Dodatak ne koristi vlastitu analitiku, kola\u010di\u0107e za ogla\u0161avanje niti alate za pra\u0107enje korisnika. Klik na vanjsku poveznicu za aktivaciju otvara web-stranicu izvan Dodatka.<\/p>

4. KONTAKT, LICENCIRANJE I PLA\u0106ANJE<\/p>

Licenciranje se trenuta\u010dno dogovara izravnim kontaktom. Ako nam se obratite e-po\u0161tom, obra\u0111ujemo podatke koje dobrovoljno navedete radi odgovora, podr\u0161ke, ugovaranja i isporuke licence.<\/p>

Pla\u0107anje se ne izvr\u0161ava unutar Dodatka. Banka ili drugi pru\u017eatelj pla\u0107anja obra\u0111uje podatke o transakciji prema svojim pravilima. DoMart Solutions mo\u017ee \u010duvati nu\u017ene poslovne i ra\u010dunovodstvene podatke u rokovima propisanim primjenjivim pravom.<\/p>

5. \u010cUVANJE I SIGURNOST<\/p>

Podaci spremljeni u Office roaming postavkama ili lokalnoj pohrani ostaju ondje dok ih ne ukloni korisnik, Office, preglednik ili nova verzija Dodatka. Podatke zaprimljene radi podr\u0161ke, licenciranja i naplate \u010duvamo samo koliko je potrebno za navedene svrhe i ispunjenje zakonskih obveza.<\/p>

Primjenjujemo razumne tehni\u010dke i organizacijske mjere za\u0161tite, ali nijedan sustav pohrane ili prijenosa nije potpuno siguran.<\/p>

6. PRAVA KORISNIKA<\/p>

Ovisno o primjenjivom pravu, mo\u017eete zatra\u017eiti pristup, ispravak, brisanje ili ograni\u010denje obrade svojih osobnih podataka te ulo\u017eiti prigovor ili pritu\u017ebu nadle\u017enom tijelu za za\u0161titu podataka. Za ostvarivanje prava obratite nam se na info@domart-solutions.hr.<\/p>

7. IZMJENE POLITIKE<\/p>

Ovu Politiku mo\u017eemo povremeno a\u017eurirati radi promjena Dodatka, na\u010dina obrade ili pravnih obveza. Datum posljednjeg a\u017euriranja naveden je na po\u010detku dokumenta.<\/p>

This Privacy Policy explains how DoMart Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the “Pravni alati” Microsoft Word add-in (the “Add-in”).<\/p>

1. WORD DOCUMENT DATA<\/p>

Depending on the tool initiated by the user, the Add-in may access selected text or the text of the open Word document to:<\/p>

– convert monetary amounts into words;
– insert dates;
– find dates and monetary amounts;
– find and locally validate the check digits of Croatian OIB identifiers and Croatian IBANs.<\/p>

Document content is processed locally within the Add-in environment. We do not send document content to DoMart Solutions servers, store it, or use it for analytics, profiling, or advertising. The current version does not connect to the Croatian Court Register or another registry to verify individuals, companies, or account holders.<\/p>

If the user chooses the copy option, the selected number-to-words result is written to the device clipboard at the user’s explicit request.<\/p>

2. LICENSING AND USAGE DATA<\/p>

To enforce the monthly free-use allowance and validate a license, the Add-in stores:<\/p>

– the license key;
– the number of protected-feature uses during the current month;
– the calendar month to which the usage count relates.<\/p>

This information is stored in Microsoft Office roaming settings where available, or in browser local storage as a fallback. Microsoft may synchronize Office roaming settings between the user’s Office environments in accordance with Microsoft’s privacy terms. DoMart Solutions does not have direct access to those settings. License validation and usage counting are performed locally in the Add-in.<\/p>

3. NETWORK CONNECTIONS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES<\/p>

The Add-in and its static files are loaded from domart-solutions.hr. When these files are delivered, the web server or hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as the IP address, request time, requested file, browser or device type, and security logs. This information is used for delivery, security, and technical maintenance, not to analyze Word document content or for advertising.<\/p>

The Microsoft Office.js library is loaded from Microsoft’s appsforoffice.microsoft.com domain. Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365 may process technical information according to Microsoft’s terms and the settings of the user’s Microsoft account. Recipients of limited technical data may include Microsoft and the hosting provider to the extent required to provide their services.<\/p>

The Add-in does not use first-party analytics, advertising cookies, or user-tracking tools. Selecting an external activation link opens a website outside the Add-in.<\/p>

4. CONTACT, LICENSING, AND PAYMENTS<\/p>

Licensing is currently arranged through direct contact. If you contact us by email, we process the information you voluntarily provide to respond, provide support, arrange the contract, and deliver the license.<\/p>

Payment is not performed inside the Add-in. A bank or other payment provider processes transaction information under its own terms. DoMart Solutions may retain necessary business and accounting records for the periods required by applicable law.<\/p>

5. RETENTION AND SECURITY<\/p>

Information saved in Office roaming settings or local storage remains there until removed by the user, Office, the browser, or a later version of the Add-in. Information received for support, licensing, and payment purposes is retained only as long as necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.<\/p>

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.<\/p>

6. USER RIGHTS<\/p>

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or submit a complaint to the competent data-protection authority. Contact info@domart-solutions.hr to exercise these rights.<\/p>

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY<\/p>

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Add-in, our processing, or legal obligations. The latest update date appears at the beginning of this document.<\/p>
