Uvjeti kori\u0161tenja<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Kori\u0161tenjem Microsoft Word dodatka “Pravni alati” (“Dodatak”), koji pru\u017ea DoMart Solutions, prihva\u0107ate ove Uvjete kori\u0161tenja. Ako ih ne prihva\u0107ate, nemojte koristiti Dodatak.<\/p>

1. NAMJENA DODATKA<\/p>

Dodatak pru\u017ea pomo\u0107ne alate za izradu i provjeru Word dokumenata, uklju\u010duju\u0107i pretvaranje iznosa u rije\u010di, umetanje datuma te pronala\u017eenje datuma, nov\u010danih iznosa, OIB-a i hrvatskih IBAN-a. Popis funkcija mo\u017ee se mijenjati u budu\u0107im verzijama.<\/p>

Rezultati provjere OIB-a i IBAN-a temelje se samo na strukturi i kontrolnim znamenkama. Ne potvr\u0111uju identitet osobe, postojanje ili status pravnog subjekta, vlasni\u0161tvo nad bankovnim ra\u010dunom niti to\u010dnost podataka u javnom registru.<\/p>

2. PRAVO KORI\u0160TENJA<\/p>

Dodjeljujemo vam ograni\u010deno, neisklju\u010divo, neprenosivo i opozivo pravo kori\u0161tenja Dodatka za osobne ili interne profesionalne potrebe, u skladu s ovim Uvjetima i primjenjivim pravom.<\/p>

Ne smijete zaobilaziti ograni\u010denja kori\u0161tenja ili provjeru licence, neovla\u0161teno kopirati ili distribuirati Dodatak, poku\u0161avati otkriti ili zaobi\u0107i licencni mehanizam niti koristiti Dodatak na na\u010din koji mo\u017ee o\u0161tetiti Dodatak, Microsoft Office ili tre\u0107e osobe, osim u mjeri u kojoj takvo ograni\u010denje nije dopu\u0161teno primjenjivim pravom.<\/p>

3. BESPLATNO KORI\u0160TENJE I LICENCA<\/p>

Funkcije u odjeljku “UNOS” dostupne su bez mjese\u010dnog ograni\u010denja. Ostale dostupne funkcije zajedno se mogu besplatno pokrenuti tri puta u svakom kalendarskom mjesecu. Nakon iskori\u0161tenja besplatnih kori\u0161tenja potrebna je va\u017ee\u0107a licenca.<\/p>

Licenca se trenuta\u010dno naru\u010duje izravnim kontaktom s DoMart Solutions. Licencni klju\u010d dostavlja se nakon dogovora i, kada je primjenjivo, potvrde pla\u0107anja. Licenca vrijedi do datuma ugra\u0111enog u licencni klju\u010d i namijenjena je korisniku kojem je izdana. Klju\u010d se ne smije neovla\u0161teno dijeliti, preprodavati ili javno objavljivati.<\/p>

Pla\u0107anje se ne obavlja unutar Dodatka. Cijena, trajanje licence, na\u010din pla\u0107anja i eventualni posebni uvjeti moraju biti priop\u0107eni korisniku prije kupnje. Zakonska prava potro\u0161a\u010da ostaju nepromijenjena.<\/p>

4. WORD DOKUMENTI I DOPU\u0160TENJA<\/p>

Za rad funkcija Dodatku je potrebno dopu\u0161tenje \u010ditanja i pisanja Word dokumenta. Dodatak pristupa dokumentu samo kada je to potrebno za radnju koju korisnik pokrene. Korisnik je odgovoran za izradu sigurnosne kopije, kontrolu pristupa dokumentu i provjeru svih izmjena i rezultata.<\/p>

Postupanje s podacima detaljnije je opisano u Politici privatnosti Dodatka.<\/p>

5. OBVEZA PROVJERE REZULTATA<\/p>

Dodatak je pomo\u0107ni alat i ne pru\u017ea pravni, javnobilje\u017eni\u010dki, porezni, ra\u010dunovodstveni ili financijski savjet. Ne zamjenjuje stru\u010dnu prosudbu, slu\u017ebeni registar niti neovisnu provjeru izvornog dokumenta.<\/p>

Korisnik mora provjeriti svaki izra\u010dun, pretvorbu, datum, OIB, IBAN, prona\u0111eni rezultat i tekst prije uporabe u ugovoru, javnoj ispravi, podnesku, platnom nalogu ili drugom slu\u017ebenom ili pravnom kontekstu.<\/p>

6. DOSTUPNOST I IZMJENE<\/p>

Dodatak se pru\u017ea “kakav jest” i “kako je dostupan”. Ne jam\u010dimo da \u0107e uvijek biti dostupan, bez pogre\u0161aka ili kompatibilan sa svim verzijama Worda, operacijskim sustavima ili konfiguracijama. Mo\u017eemo mijenjati, privremeno obustaviti ili ukloniti funkcije radi odr\u017eavanja, sigurnosti, uskla\u0111ivanja ili razvoja proizvoda.<\/p>

7. ODGOVORNOST<\/p>

U najve\u0107oj mjeri dopu\u0161tenoj primjenjivim pravom ne odgovaramo za neizravnu, posljedi\u010dnu ili slu\u010dajnu \u0161tetu, gubitak dobiti, podataka ili poslovne prilike nastale uporabom ili nemogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u uporabe Dodatka. Ni\u0161ta u ovim Uvjetima ne isklju\u010duje niti ograni\u010dava odgovornost ili prava koja se prema primjenjivom pravu ne mogu isklju\u010diti ili ograni\u010diti.<\/p>

8. PRESTANAK KORI\u0160TENJA<\/p>

Mo\u017eemo ograni\u010diti ili ukinuti pravo kori\u0161tenja u slu\u010daju povrede ovih Uvjeta, zlouporabe licencnog klju\u010da, sigurnosnog rizika ili pravne obveze. Korisnik mo\u017ee prestati koristiti Dodatak njegovim uklanjanjem iz Microsoft Officea.<\/p>

9. MJERODAVNO PRAVO<\/p>

Na ove Uvjete primjenjuje se pravo Republike Hrvatske, ne dovode\u0107i u pitanje obvezna prava potro\u0161a\u010da i druga prisilna pravila koja se primjenjuju na korisnika.<\/p>

10. IZMJENE UVJETA<\/p>

Ove Uvjete mo\u017eemo povremeno a\u017eurirati. Nova verzija primjenjuje se od objavljenog datuma posljednjeg a\u017euriranja, osim ako primjenjivo pravo zahtijeva druk\u010dije.<\/p>

By using the “Pravni alati” Microsoft Word add-in (the “Add-in”), provided by DoMart Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-in.<\/p>

1. PURPOSE OF THE ADD-IN<\/p>

The Add-in provides supporting tools for preparing and reviewing Word documents, including converting amounts into words, inserting dates, and finding dates, monetary amounts, Croatian OIB identifiers, and Croatian IBANs. The available features may change in future versions.<\/p>

OIB and IBAN validation results are based only on structure and check digits. They do not confirm a person’s identity, the existence or status of a legal entity, bank-account ownership, or the accuracy of information in a public registry.<\/p>

2. RIGHT TO USE<\/p>

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Add-in for personal or internal professional purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.<\/p>

You must not circumvent usage limits or license validation, copy or distribute the Add-in without authorization, attempt to derive the licensing mechanism, or use the Add-in in a way that could harm the Add-in, Microsoft Office, or third parties, except where such a restriction is not permitted by applicable law.<\/p>

3. FREE USE AND LICENSING<\/p>

Features in the “UNOS” section are available without a monthly limit. All other available features collectively may be run three times free of charge in each calendar month. A valid license is required after the free allowance has been used.<\/p>

Licenses are currently ordered by contacting DoMart Solutions directly. A license key is delivered after agreement and, where applicable, confirmation of payment. The license remains valid until the expiry date embedded in the key and is intended for the user to whom it was issued. Keys must not be shared without authorization, resold, or published.<\/p>

Payment is not made inside the Add-in. The price, license duration, payment method, and any special conditions must be communicated before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p>

4. WORD DOCUMENTS AND PERMISSIONS<\/p>

The Add-in requires permission to read and write Word documents for its features to operate. It accesses a document only as necessary for a user-initiated action. The user is responsible for backups, document access controls, and reviewing all changes and results.<\/p>

Data handling is described in more detail in the Add-in’s Privacy Policy.<\/p>

5. REVIEW OF RESULTS<\/p>

The Add-in is an assistive tool and does not provide legal, notarial, tax, accounting, or financial advice. It does not replace professional judgment, an official registry, or independent review of the source document.<\/p>

The user must verify every calculation, conversion, date, OIB, IBAN, detected result, and inserted text before using it in a contract, public instrument, filing, payment instruction, or another official or legal context.<\/p>

6. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES<\/p>

The Add-in is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every Word version, operating system, or configuration. We may modify, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, security, compliance, or product development.<\/p>

7. LIABILITY<\/p>

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or loss of profit, data, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Add-in. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.<\/p>

8. TERMINATION<\/p>

We may restrict or terminate the right to use the Add-in following a breach of these Terms, misuse of a license key, a security risk, or a legal obligation. Users may stop using the Add-in by removing it from Microsoft Office.<\/p>

9. GOVERNING LAW<\/p>

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and other mandatory rules applicable to the user.<\/p>

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS<\/p>

We may update these Terms periodically. A new version applies from its published last-updated date unless applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>
